Even the most successful commercial drywall contractors can improve as the next generation takes the leadership role.

Successful commercial drywall contractors recognize that accurate takeoffs and estimates are essential to consistent profitability.  However, important progress can occur as the next generation of younger leadership takes control of the business.  Usually, this new, younger leadership clearly recognizes the value of organizing and facilitating the takeoff and estimating process.

These young, new leaders generally realize that they have not been thoroughly trained and/or do not have immediate access to vital information.  Throughout my career, I have developed both data and methodology to bridge this information gap.   I have been dedicated to achieving takeoff and estimating excellence for more than 30 years.
